Dawn Kirby

Chair

I am currently Chair of the HHJS AIM Board, offering support to all the staff to provide a safe
and enriched environment for our children to learn and develop in. As a board we work
closely with Miss Nurse and the rest of the staff to challenge, support and monitor.
In my work life I am a project manager, with particular emphasis on process improvement. I
have worked for the same company for over 22 years and during my career I have worked
within marketing and communications, e-commerce, data analysis and production. My
current role works across our entire business and my varied skill set allows me to appreciate
the bigger picture.
My daughter attended HHJS before moving onto Rugby High School and my son is currently
In year 5, moving into his last year at the school in September.
