Ofsted 2018

Henry Hinde Junior School, Bilton, is a warm, friendly school built on a fantastic site with plenty of room for our children to learn, explore and play.

The school has progressed rapidly, and in late 2018 was praised by Ofsted for being “brave, determined and successful” in transforming how our children learn and progress.

In August 2019, Henry Hinde Junior School officially joined the Transforming Lives Educational Trust (TLET), of which Ashlawn School and Henry Hinde Infant School are also part.

The Inspection Team noted that: “the headteacher and assistant headteacher have done well to utilise the support of the new multi-academy trust… They and the trust are now looking forward to the start of a new partnership.”

Joining TLET is an important milestone in so many ways. It enables us to move forward without an inspection badge we no longer felt represented our school. It also gives us the confidence and ability to really make the most out of the exciting new opportunities on offer with TLET.
